The one over one looks amazing. I have only done really small areas of it..the tartan is a great way to begin. What thread count is this fabric, I don't remember? I think I have done one over one on 28 and 32. Fun fun fun.
It is on 28ct. And the farther away you are the better it looks. LOL..not due to the stitches but it looks more like a piece of fabric.
