Fright - Framed!!!
Here it is, finally. Fright (completed almost 2 years ago) is finally framed. It is set a little crooked, which ticks me off (especially when I think how much I paid to have it done). But has inspired me to learn how to frame them myself. I had a hard time cutting out the glare.

ReplyDeleteIt looks great. You picked a fabulous frame.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteTake it back to the framer..they will have to redo it at no charge. I had to take a couple of pieces to Michael's because they were so incredibly crooked. They will redo it...don't settle for crappy framing when you have such a great map to set it off with. Love you..The Crone
ReplyDeleteOops thats mat not map. Must be tired. But overall it is fabulous. Get what you pay for.
ReplyDeleteYour finished piece is beautiful! I agree, though, that you should take it back to the framer. They should "make it right" since you're paying big bucks for the service!
ReplyDeleteI agree definitely take it back!!!!!! You will always notice it unless you do!!!!! Beautiful stitching !!!
ReplyDeleteI love the framing! Sorry to see that it is a bit crooked though :(
ReplyDeleteI agree. they are obliged to redo it and straighten it for you. Lovely work by the way! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the setting, makes me want to pass out candy to little ghouls and gobblins! I too say take it back, it bring it to Vegas and we will get Sara to fix it. The Maiden
