"Venetian Opulence" is coming right along. Her headband is all gold Krenik and a Krenik/DMC blend......beautiful but a total pain in the ass to work with. The more I work on her, the more excited I get to finish. Only 17 more solid inches to stitch!!!!!!
Only 17 more inches! You are mad, I would have said Sh*t 17 more inches! She is absolutly stunning, one of the best faces I have seen. There is a Mirabilia, I think it is "the dreamer", that has similar colors to this one that I think I will start now (I have stitchers envy and will try to refrain from stitching the same project) The maiden
ReplyDeleteI agree with the maiden..the face is amazing. I can't wait to see it when you get into the amazing colors that go along with this. You need to make sure you post your WIP often on this one. So we can all have stitcher's envy. I'm not sure how many of the Big big projects (if any) that I will ever do. I am still plugging along with my littler Magnolia.
ReplyDeleteShe is pretty, and she's alot more fun to work on than the Lady of the Mist. I'm currently working on the bodice of her dress, the wrap is all of these bright pinks and purples. I misplaced the picture that goes with the pattern....so its a surprise on how shes going to turn out. So far I'm not dissapointed.
ReplyDeleteOh and bring all of your projects....so I can see them. Can't wait to see you.
