Love Thy Neighbor
This one is so difficult to photograph with the fabric choice of "Sparrow"...it is what the pattern called for. I did change the words...but I am thrilled to now have an 09/10 & 11 type sampler in my collection. I can't wait to find the next one for 2012. The Crone. Yeah-another finish.
Updates and finishes
The Maiden suggests that I upload some new starts, but I think my new motto for this summer has to be "The summer of stitch completions." I am happy to add the last two uploads with "completed" round robin projects. This means our first round robin is now done (much longer than expected, but then life has a way of getting in the way some how.) I can not wait to see this one hanging in my house (The Crone)and see the other two (Outrageous Owls-The Maiden/4 Corner Houses-The Mother) have theirs hanging up as well. Maiden-let's take the Owl's in this weekend with the other framing to be done. I might put my new start up, but am not certain as of yet.
Round Robin Completion-finally
This was supposed to be completed months ago...after having a car wreck in February I haven't been able to sit and stitch for so long (great weeping going on here)...but finally am starting to feel like a human being again and finally finished the last round on the Mother's Round Robin. I will be sending this out on Saturday for framing...might be done for your birthday Mother..maybe! Love to all.

Halloween Mood
International Hermit and Stitch Weekend!
I signed up for my first International Hermit and Stitch Weekend on the Random Ramblings Blog! My poor Dodge Truck was in the shop all weekend and I am finally allowed to begin to stitch again according to my doctor (in moderation) so I thought this was perfect timing. Inspired by my recently acquired Halloween piece, I chose Trick or Treat Fairy by Mirabilia as my focus.
I was not as Hermit Like as I had anticipated (The Crone lent me her car so I was not stranded all weekend), but I did manage to get some progress in. Ah, no rest for the wicked! The Maiden

Mother's Arms
Trick or Treat
New start anyone? I blame a bought of temporary insanity for this one! Juls was very sweet and spent countless hours looking for this pattern by Mirabilia that was published in a Magazine in 2008. I started the day I received the pattern, but unfortunately all progress was halted for my forced hiatus. 32ct OD Linen "Sparkling Sundown." The Maiden
