The Batty Bat

One little bat, two little bats, three little bats... ah, ah, ah!

Things are seldom what they seem

I was going to try to delay this post, but this project is coming together much quicker than I anticipated!

Not the best picture (sad face), but I hope to have a finish soon with less than half a page to go!
I have also decided I will be stitching this twice, I think that is what fuels my eagerness to finish!

Cedar Hill Seasons

Look what I picked up this weekend...
The Crone has finished another design from Cedar Hill, this one will represent "Spring" in her 4 season display, and the last "Winter" is already underway!

I took an unexpected trip this weekend to see the Crone, and picked up some fun stitchy stuff (like the Rose Cedar Hill pattern, as well as another Nora Corbett Pixie commission!). It was nice to visit the Crone in her town for a change, and "get off the grid" so to speak!

MIra Masquerade

I have been stitching away, but as I am working on a gift I cannot post my progress. I can tell you I am beading my largest project to date and will hopefully share by the end of August. In the meantime, I picked up Masquerade by Ink Circles! I was at a loss for what to start and the Crone suggested a Halloween theme (I usually stitch them in the Summer, odd I know!). It was just the ticket to restart my mojo, and I have even been asked to display it for sale at a local Tattoo shop! I am toying with the idea of stitching it twice... there may be enough fabric, hmm...

Seasons

I am posting long distance for the Crone who is on break from teaching and stitching away! These 2 patterns are from Cedar Hill, the Summer Bouquet and the October Bouquet. They are the first in a set of 4 she plans to do to represent the four seasons!
Stitched on 32ct Valor.

Happy Cinco de Mirabilia!

The women of Mother, Maiden, Crone would like to announce the winner of our first Giveaway! I devised a very scientific way to chose the winner... I placed all the names on tiny pieces of paper in a bowl laced with catnip and let Toby do the rest!
And the winner is....
Tania!
